ABOUT JUSTIN LEE
Justin Lee is a writer, director and producer based in Los Angeles, California. Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, he frequently visits and has brought several of his own films there for production.
Whether it is trekking to the top of a snow-covered mountain in Montana in the dead of winter or filming in a dense fern-laden forest at the base of a volcano, Justin continues to use location as a character in all of his films.
Justin takes massive inspiration from the likes of Joe Carnahan, John Huston, John Milius and Steven Spielberg with Carnahan's "Smokin' Aces" and "The Grey" being two of his favorite films.
Recently, Justin wrapped his sixth feature film titled "BADLAND", a western throwback paying homage to films like "For A Few Dollars More" and "Silverado." "BADLAND" stars Academy Award Winner Mira Sorvino, 2x Academy Award Nominee Bruce Dern, Wes Studi, Grammy Winning Superstar Trace Adkins as well as Amanda Wyss, James Russo and Jeff Fahey.
